½ cup of milk of choice
2 frozen bananas
½ cup of spinach
2 heaped Tablespoons of Whaiora Berry Blend
½ cup of frozen berries
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor, pour into a nice bowl and top with nourishing goodies from the pantry e.g. coconut flakes, cacao nibs, chia seeds, nuts and fresh fruit etc...
