Being healthy isn't always as easy as it looks!

Being healthy. It's one of those things that isn't as easy as it looks! I lead a fairly healthy lifestyle, but I never used to. We ate well and often, never without. I’ve come to the conclusion I need to take better care of my body now. So, doctor's orders are to be healthy and active for my body but also for my mind.

That's where Whaiora goodness comes in! The smoothie blends are so fast and easy, it's actually ridiculous. Just add water and blend. Boom. You have a healthy smoothie packed with goodness. You can add extra frozen banana, berries, spinach - whatever you like! But they are great on their own too.

The kids love them! We have fun making some epic smoothie combos or just enjoy them on their own - gotta take care of our bodies!

A favourite at the moment is:

1/2 cup cold water
3 heaped spoons of Whaiora Berry mix
1 banana
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 handful of frozen spinach (or fresh)
1 tsp of honey
Blend and enjoy. So delish!
