Golden Passionfruit Porridge

Golden Porridge

Serves 2


  • 1½ cups water
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Whairoa gold powder

To serve

thinly sliced mango

passionfruit, halved

½ cup coconut yoghurt

2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes


Place water, oats and Whaiora gold powder in a small pot on the stovetop. Bring to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally until porridge becomes thick (about 5 minutes).

Transfer to two serving bowls and top with coconut yoghurt, mango, passionfruit halves and toasted coconut flakes.
