Berry Bliss Balls

Bliss Ball Recipe

Looking for a training boost or healthy mid-afternoon snack? These delicious refined sugar free, no-bake bliss balls are easy to whip up.


Makes: 14 Balls



1 Cup Rolled Oats

2 Tbsp melted Coconut Oil

1 Cup Desiccated Coconut

4 Tbsp Whaiora Berry Powder

1 tsp Vanilla extract

¾ Cup Medjool Dates

½ Cup Walnuts

Pinch Salt



Combine and Blend ingredients in a food processor until the mixture starts to clump.

Roll into balls (around a heaped tablespoon per ball) and refrigerate for 45 minutes before serving.

Store in the fridge.
